Hate Speech Hashtag Classification was carried out using Hybrid Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method produce satisfactory results compared previous methods such KNN so because large amount data will very profitable good accuracy when Learning, Learning with 5 Cross Validation highest 79% , lowest 73%, average 76%.
